Terms of Use

By creating an account or using Smart Motion Studio, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Effective October 13, 2026. Smart Motion Studio is operated by Ecom Hayden Ventures LLC, a limited liability company based in Georgia, USA ("we", "us"). Contact: vendorplugsupport@gmail.com.

1. Who can use Smart Motion Studio

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding contract. You must give accurate information when you sign up, keep your password private, and tell us if you think someone else has used your account. You are responsible for everything that happens under your account. One person per account: do not share logins or create extra accounts to get around limits.

2. What Smart Motion Studio does

Smart Motion Studio lets you generate videos and images from text prompts and from files you upload, and lets you transform existing footage. We provide this using AI models from third-party providers, including Higgsfield. Results are produced by AI and can be inaccurate, strange, or not what you intended. We do not promise any particular result, quality, speed, or uninterrupted availability. We may add, change, or remove features and models at any time.

3. Your content and your outputs

  • Your inputs are the prompts, images, videos, and other files you give us. Your outputs are the videos and images generated for you.
  • As between you and us, you own your inputs and your outputs. We do not claim ownership of them. You may use outputs commercially, subject to these terms, the law, and the rights of others.
  • You give us a limited license to host, store, process, copy, and display your inputs and outputs, and to send them to our AI providers, only as needed to run the service for you (for example, to generate your video and show it in your Library).
  • You promise that you have the right to use every input you upload, and that your inputs and how you use them do not break the law or anyone's rights. This includes copyright, trademark, privacy, and the right to use a real person's face, voice, or likeness.
  • AI outputs may be similar or identical to what other people receive. Copyright law may not protect AI-generated material in some countries. We make no promise that you can claim exclusive rights in an output.
  • You are responsible for how you use outputs, including labelling them as AI-generated where a law or platform requires it.

4. Third-party AI providers

To generate your content, we send your prompts and uploaded files to third-party providers, including Higgsfield. Their own terms and policies also apply to their services. We are not responsible for their services, and they may change or limit availability. Names such as Higgsfield, Seedance, and Genjutsu belong to their owners. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by them unless we say so.

5. Acceptable use

You must follow our Acceptable Use Policy. We may refuse, remove, or block any prompt, upload, or output that breaks it, or that our providers' filters block.

6. Plans, credits, and payment

Paid plans, credits, top-ups, renewals, and cancellation are covered in our Subscription and Billing Terms and Refund and Cancellation Policy, which are part of these terms. Payments are handled by Stripe. We do not store your full card number.

7. Our property

The Smart Motion Studio website, software, design, and brand belong to us or our licensors. You may use the service for its intended purpose. You may not copy, scrape, reverse engineer, resell, or build a competing service from it, or use bots or automated tools to access it without our written permission.

8. Feedback

If you send us ideas or suggestions, we may use them freely without paying you.

9. Suspension and ending your account

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account menu, and you can ask us to delete your account. We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms, put the service or others at risk, or fail to pay. If we end your account for breaking the rules, you may lose remaining credits without a refund. We will tell you why where we can.

10. Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent the law allows, we do not make any promises, express or implied, including that the service will be error-free, that results will be accurate or suitable for any purpose, or that outputs will not infringe the rights of others.

11. Limit of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose. Some places do not allow these limits, so they may not apply to you fully.

12. Indemnity

You agree to defend and cover us against claims, losses, and costs arising from your inputs, your use of outputs, or your breach of these terms or the law, to the extent the law allows.

13. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Before filing a claim, please contact us at vendorplugsupport@gmail.com so we can try to resolve it informally. The state and federal courts located in Georgia, USA have jurisdiction, except where the law of your home country gives you the right to bring a claim there.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. For material changes we will notify you by email or in the app at least 30 days before they take effect. If you keep using Smart Motion Studio after that, you accept the new terms. If you do not agree, you can cancel before the change takes effect.

15. General

These terms, together with the policies they refer to, are the whole agreement between you and us about the service. If a part is found unenforceable, the rest still applies. If we do not enforce a right right away, we have not given it up. You may not transfer your account or these terms to anyone else; we may transfer ours as part of a business sale or restructuring.
