Copyright and Takedown Policy

If you believe something on Smart Motion Studio infringes your copyright, send us a notice and we will review it and remove it where required.

Effective October 13, 2026. Smart Motion Studio is operated by Ecom Hayden Ventures LLC.

Send a notice

Email our designated agent: Copyright Agent, Ecom Hayden Ventures LLC, vendorplugsupport@gmail.com. Your notice must include:

1. Your physical or electronic signature.
2. A description of the copyrighted work you say was infringed.
3. Where the material is on Smart Motion Studio (a link or enough detail for us to find it).
4. Your contact details: name, address, phone, and email.
5. A statement that you believe in good faith the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
6. A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized to act for the owner.

If your content is removed

If we remove your content because of a notice, we will tell you. If you believe it was removed by mistake, you may send a counter-notice with your contact details, a description of the removed material and where it appeared, a statement under penalty of perjury that you believe in good faith it was removed by mistake or misidentification, and your consent to the courts of your location. We will pass it to the person who sent the notice, and may restore the material in 10 to 14 business days unless they file a court action.

Repeat infringers

We close the accounts of users who repeatedly infringe copyright.

Other reports

For intimate images shared without consent, impersonation, or child safety concerns, email vendorplugsupport@gmail.com. We prioritize these and act as quickly as we can. Do not send misleading or bad-faith notices: you may be responsible for damages.
