Subscription and Billing Terms
Your subscription renews automatically every month or year until you cancel, and you can cancel online at any time.
Plans and prices
Prices are in US dollars and exclude any taxes we are required to collect.

All plans include video generation with Seedance 2.0 and Seedance 2.5 and image generation. Video Transformation (Genjutsu) is included with Pro and Creator only.
Automatic renewal
- Your plan renews at the start of each billing period (monthly or yearly, whichever you chose) and we charge the payment method on file.
- It keeps renewing until you cancel. You are not charged again after the period in which you cancel.
- For annual plans we will email you 14 days before the renewal date with the price and how to cancel.
- We may change prices. We will tell you at least 30 days before the new price applies to you, and you can cancel before it does.
How to cancel
Go to your account menu (the circle in the top right), choose Cancel subscription, and follow the steps. It takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You keep access and your remaining credits until then, you are not charged again, and we email you a confirmation. You can resume before the period ends from the same menu. If you cannot cancel online for any reason, email vendorplugsupport@gmail.com and we will cancel it for you.
Credits
- Credits are what you spend to generate. The cost of a generation depends on what you choose, such as the model, length, and quality. We show you the exact cost before you press Generate.
- Plan credits are added at the start of each billing period and do not roll over. Unused plan credits expire at the end of that period.
- Top-up credits (bought in packs) are valid for 12 months from purchase.
- When you generate, plan credits are used first, then the earliest-expiring top-up credits.
- Credits have no cash value, cannot be transferred, sold, or exchanged for money, and are only for use on Smart Motion Studio.
- If a generation fails, the credits for it are returned to your balance automatically.
- We may change the credit cost of a model or setting. Generations already started keep the cost you were shown.
Top-up packs
Top-up packs are one-time purchases and are available only while you have an active paid plan. They do not change your plan or renew.
Failed payments
If a renewal payment fails, we will try again and email you. If we cannot collect it within 7 days, we may pause your access until the payment succeeds. Your Library stays saved.
Payment processing and chargebacks
Stripe processes payments. Your card details go directly to Stripe and are not stored on our servers. If you think a charge is wrong, please contact us first at vendorplugsupport@gmail.com; we respond faster than a bank dispute and fix mistakes quickly.
