Privacy Policy
We collect only what we need to run your account, take payments, and generate your content, and we do not sell your personal data.
Effective October 13, 2026. Ecom Hayden Ventures LLC, a limited liability company based in Georgia, USA ("we", "us"), is responsible for your personal data. Contact: vendorplugsupport@gmail.com.
What we collect
- Account data: your email address, display name, and password. Passwords are handled by our sign-in provider and stored in protected form; we cannot read them.
- Plan and billing data: your plan, credit balance, purchase history, and a customer ID from our payment provider. We do not receive or store your full card number.
- Your content: the prompts you write, files you upload (images and videos, which may show people), the videos and images generated for you, and your Library.
- Usage data: which features you use, generation history, and technical data such as IP address, browser, device type, and error logs.
- Messages: emails you send us for support.
How we use it
To create and run your account, generate and store your content, take payments and manage credits, keep the service secure and prevent fraud and misuse, answer support requests, improve how the service works, and meet legal duties. We do not use your content for advertising.
Who we share it with
We share data only with providers who help us run Smart Motion Studio, under their own terms:

We may also share data to follow the law or a legal request, to protect rights and safety, or in a sale or merger of the business. We do not sell personal data and we do not share it for cross-context advertising.
About AI providers and your uploads
To make your video, we send your prompt and uploads to Higgsfield, which uses AI models to produce the result. Higgsfield handles that data under its own terms and privacy policy and may keep generated files for a limited time and may use content to improve its models. Do not upload anything you are not allowed to share, and do not upload sensitive personal information. Only upload images of other people if they have agreed.
How long we keep data
We keep account data while your account is open. We keep your content until you delete it or close your account. After you close your account we delete or anonymize your data within 30 days, except what we must keep, such as billing and tax records for 7 years, and data in backups, which is removed on the normal backup cycle.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct, download, or delete your data, and to object to or limit some uses. Email vendorplugsupport@gmail.com. We may need to verify who you are, and we respond within the time the law requires (generally 30 to 45 days).
- Customers in the EEA and UK: you have rights under the GDPR and UK GDPR, including to complain to your local data protection authority. Our legal bases are: to perform our contract with you, our legitimate interests in running and securing the service, your consent where we ask for it, and legal obligations.
- Customers in California and similar US states: you have rights to know, delete, correct, and opt out of sale or sharing of personal data. We do not sell or share personal data for advertising. We will not treat you worse for using your rights.
International transfers
We and our providers process data in the United States and other countries. Where required, we use approved safeguards, such as standard contractual clauses, for transfers from the EEA, UK, or Switzerland.
Children
Smart Motion Studio is for people 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. If we learn we have, we will delete it.
Cookies and similar storage
We use a small amount of storage in your browser to keep you signed in and remember basic settings. We do not use advertising cookies.
Security
We use reasonable safeguards, including encrypted connections, access controls, and per-account data separation. No online service is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. Use a strong, unique password.
