Acceptable Use Policy

You may not use Smart Motion Studio to make or share harmful, deceptive, or unlawful content, and we may remove content and close accounts that do.

Effective October 13, 2026. This policy is part of the Terms of Use. Our AI providers also have their own content rules, and we have to follow them too.

Never allowed

• Sexual content involving minors. Zero tolerance. We remove it, close the account, and report it to the authorities.
• Sexually explicit content and nudity. Do not create pornographic or sexually explicit material.
• Intimate images of real people without consent, including AI-generated or edited "deepfake" nudes.
• Impersonation and deception. Do not create realistic videos, images, or voices of a real person without their clear permission, or content meant to trick people into thinking it is real or comes from someone it does not. This includes scams, fake endorsements, and political or election misinformation.
• Violence, hate, and harassment. No graphic gore, content that promotes violence or terrorism, hate speech, threats, bullying, or targeting someone for harassment.
• Illegal activity. No content that helps make weapons or drugs, commit fraud or other crimes, or breaks sanctions or export laws.
• Self-harm. No content that encourages or glorifies suicide or self-harm.
• Others' rights. Do not upload or generate content that infringes copyright, trademarks, or privacy. Do not use photos, videos, or voices of other people without the rights or consent you need.
• Misleading medical, legal, or safety claims that could hurt someone.

Also not allowed

• Trying to get around filters, limits, or credit costs, or using multiple accounts to do so.
• Scraping, bots, automated access, or reselling the service without our written permission.
• Reverse engineering, attacking, or overloading the service, or probing it for weaknesses.
• Uploading malware, or content you do not have the right to share.

Real people and AI labelling

Only upload images or footage of real people if you have their permission. If you share outputs that look real, label them as AI-generated wherever a law, a platform, or common sense requires it.

How we enforce this

We use automated checks and, where needed, human review. We, and our AI providers, may block prompts, uploads, and outputs. Depending on how serious or repeated a violation is, we may remove content, warn you, pause your account, or close it with no refund of unused credits. We may share information with law enforcement where the law requires or allows it.

Reporting

If you see content that breaks this policy, or content that uses your image without your consent, email vendorplugsupport@gmail.com with a link or description. We review reports promptly and remove intimate images and child safety content as quickly as we can.
